“NO MORE BAD DAYS”
Founded in 2022, On Golden Rescue (OGR) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit sanctuary that provides animal rescue services and animal rehabilitation services for large animals in need. Located on 14 acres in Northwest Oregon, our rescue provides a safe haven for animals in need. OGR provides food, shelter, medical care, love and compassion for all of our residents. We strive to provide the best quality of life for the animals we serve.
Our initiatives
RESCUE
We are constantly searching for animals that would benefit from our help. We have the ability to bring the animals safely to our rescue.
Over half of our team is trained and certified in Large Animal Rescue and we have partnered with our local Fire Department to help local animals in need.
REHABILITATE
Our primary goal is to provide our animals a safe space to reach their fullest potential and live happy lives.
While at our rescue, we provide medical treatment, food, water, shelter, training, and most importantly – love.
RETIREMENT
At On Golden Rescue we believe in providing animals the opportunity to live out their “golden years” in a calm, nurturing and peaceful environment.
Many of our rescues were working animals in their early lives and deserve to live their final years in peace and tranquility.
