Buster’s Story
Buster, like many minis, suffers from Cushings, a progressive disorder that affects the pituitary gland. This means he is on medication for the rest of his life. OGR specializes in the care of minis and keeping them on a “dry lot” (no grass) often keeps their weight down to alleviate some of the symptoms of Cushings disease.
Buster hangs out with Sophie and Annie (two female minis) and the goats on those days when they are all allowed to be out in the pasture together. He’s very talkative and we feel his socializing with the others has been beneficial in bringing out his fun personality!
