Wahanee

Wahanee is a gentle senior mare who arrived at On Golden Rescue after her longtime owners could no longer meet her care needs due to age and declining health. She came underweight and overdue for routine veterinary, dental, and hoof care. Wahanee is deeply bonded with her son, and the two were transported together from their home near Vernonia. She is now settling into sanctuary life with daily attention, proper nutrition, and upcoming full veterinary evaluations.
